It started with Remy.

Remy was my four-legged partner in crime. She lived for the water, the mud, and anything that smelled questionable. I lived for keeping up with her and needed a collar that could too.

Over the years I went through more collars than I care to admit. Some lasted a season. Some lasted a week. Each one eventually met the same fate — a new shade of brown and smelling like something that had been living at the bottom of a bayou.

That's when I discovered PVC waterproof collars. Completely waterproof. Completely stink-proof. Built to take whatever a dog could throw at them — and Remy threw a lot. I was sold immediately.

There was just one problem. These collars were about as exciting as a blank wall. Functional? Absolutely. Attractive? Not really.

So I did something about it.

Inspired by Remy, I collaborated with designers to create something the pet world was missing — waterproof collars with real personality. Bold patterns and artistic designs that wont scratch or fade after the first use. The kind of collar that turns heads at the dog park and still survives a swim in the lake on the way home.

Heads and Tails launched its first collection and I couldn't be prouder of the outcome. Every pattern, every collar, and every design is a small tribute to the dog that started it all.
