Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or personalized orders may take an additional 2-5 business days for production.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply)

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the shipping destination and size of the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at owen@headsandtailspets.com with your order number.
  • Heads and Tails Pets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
